TAP, MassHousing's Tenant Assistance Program, supports the Agency's mission to confront the housing challenges facing the Commonwealth to improve the lives of its people. TAP responds to problems threatening individual tenancies and housing communities while aiming to make affordable housing truly sustainable by assisting property managers in preserving well maintained and fiscally sound rental housing.
