TAP: Frequently Asked Questions

TAP, MassHousing's Tenant Assistance Program, provides hands-on tools to address issues in your affordable rental housing including alcohol and other substance abuse, mental illness, domestic violence, hoarding, aging-in-place, challenges faced by families, and the difficulties of people living with disabilities.

Through membership, TAP offers you a unique way to stabilize and enrich your housing community, lower operating costs and reduce turnover of staff and residents alike.

Annual fees pay for membership on the calendar year for just $10/unit/year/site.

How to join?
