Trainings

A photograph of a TAP Training session

Through the Community Services Department, MassHousing offers courses to property management and service staff that address issues affecting families and seniors in rental housing, and cover topics such as alcohol and drugs, fair housing and reasonable accommodation, domestic violence, conflict resolution, hoarding and aging.

Staff of TAP member sites have unlimited access to all trainings which are scheduled throughout the year.

Many of TAP's courses meet HUD’s training requirements for resident service coordinators and/or offer social work CEUs.
