Refinancing HUD Section 202 Housing
Owners of rental housing financed under HUD's Section 202 program can generate income to improve the quality of life for elderly residents through a nationally recognized refinancing program from MassHousing.
Among other things, loan proceeds may be used to
- Modernize and upgrade properties
- Repair or expand facilities
- Add or enhance service offerings
